Terms and conditions
1. Order procedures
Browse our company online products or ask us to send more from our catalog and feel free to choose the products that you want to purchase then email us about the details of your order such as: quantity, shipping method, destination port… We will respond by email as soon as possible, to give you a formal invoice and notice about your price, payment and estimated production time.
Once you are ready to place your order, we need a 50% deposit of your total order. Payment could be paid by bank transfer or PayPal.
We will give you a regular status report and ensure delivery times are met. We will inform you when your order is finished and ready to be shipped. Then we need you to complete the payment. We will send you copies of all documents including: commercial invoice, packing list, and shipment invoice.
If you have not found what you are looking for in our website or our catalog, please contact us with a description of the items you desire (photo if possible) and we will provide you with all available information.
A minimum of 20 items per product is required. It could be less if you order a large quantity of different products so please contact us to check if your order meets with our policies.
For easy and safe payment, we suggest a bank transfer to our account. We will send you the details of our account by email. Make sure to confirm the payment so we know that the money is on its way.
It is also possible to pay via PayPal. If so we will send you an invoice directly from PayPal. You don’t need an account to proceed with the payment.
3. Shipping information
Shipment can be arranged through both air and sea freight. We use Vietnam Post and EMS is also available.
Sea Cargo – the cheapest solution, delivery time is between 2-4 months.
Air Cargo – the best solution, delivery time is between 2-4 weeks.
Fast shipment (EMS) – the fastest solution, delivery time is between 3-7 business days.
As the shipment is the final step, we always give you the 3 different prices before you complete the payment.
4. Time production
Normally, our standard production time is 1 month. This depends on the items and the quantity ordered. Please note that we take a 2 week holiday during the lunar new year (once a year around January and February).
Every country imposes its own VAT and duties and other administrative fees. Customers are encouraged to contact their local customs bureau to inquire about possible import taxes. Our company is not responsible for duties or taxes charged by the local government.
6. Quality assurance
Many of our products are made using recycled or aging materials, coloured with natural dyes, while all are produced in traditional ethnic minority family homes, which are simple structure with dirt floors that are also used for raising children, washing, cooking, smoking meats, and storing rice and firewood, etc. As a result, individual items may have some minor flaws, such as imperfect embroidery, loose stitching and small marks or discolorations. We believe, however, that they do not detract from the beauty of the item and only add to its uniqueness.
If you need a sample before you order a large quantity you will be responsible for the sample charge and its shipping when you set up the order.
The maximum number of samples is one for each kind of product and will be sending by Air Cargo or EMS.
When the first deposit is made, no cancellation is possible.
